What Should I Wear?

Comfortable, loose-fitting clothing is best. For neck or shoulder concerns, a t-shirt or tank top allows us to see the joint clearly. For lower back, hip, or knee concerns, shorts or loose athletic pants and supportive running/walking shoes work well.

What Should I Bring?

Please bring a piece of photo ID, your extended health benefits card (if applicable), and any doctor's consultation notes or imaging reports (X-ray, MRI, ultrasound summaries) if you have copies.
